Artwork Preparation Tips
To ensure the best results, please:
- Convert all fonts to outlines/paths or specify the fonts used.
- Include all the correct copy you require.
- Avoid large areas of print.
- Ensure all lines have a minimum thickness of 0.5 pt.
- Specify colours (Pantone references where applicable) or any other information you would like to appear on your products.
- Check the print area of the product.
It’s always helpful to attach a PDF as a reference along with any company guidelines.
Colour Matching and Variance
When Pantone-matched colours are required, we do our best to match colours as closely as possible. However, please note that slight colour variances may occur due to the product material or the printing process itself. This may be particularly noticeable with embroidered products.
Artwork Approval Process
Once we receive your artwork, we will create a proof and send it to you for approval. This will give you a visual idea of how the finished item will appear. Please thoroughly check this proof for accuracy before approving your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details, including addresses and phone numbers, are correct.
Also, confirm that the colours of the product and the print are as you require and that all elements are in the correct position. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us as soon as possible.
Important: Once we receive your approval, your order will be processed according to the approved specifications. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions after approval.
